In-process inspection
Got random defects popping up during production, but no clue what’s causing them yet? When the fix isn’t instant, running in-process quality checks can spot those bad parts early.
We catch issues tied to production tech or process hiccups right in the cycle, stopping them from piling up or sneaking into the next stage.
Final inspection
Once production’s wrapped up—before parts get built in or boxed up—we step in with a final visual check. It’s all about catching those sneaky defects that slipped through earlier.

Quality Firewall / Quality Gate
If a supplier’s sending you junk parts that just won’t cut it, you can slap them with Controlled Shipping Level (CSL) rules. They’ll need to scramble and set up an inspection process to stop any more bad stuff from shipping out. The usual go-tos are CSL1 and CSL2.
Quality Firewall CSL1
Controlled Shipping Level 1: The supplier’s team—or someone they hire—does a full 100% check on top of their normal process, making sure everything’s solid before it heads your way.
Quality Firewall CSL2
Controlled Shipping Level 2: If CSL1 doesn’t fix the problem, you can kick it up to CSL2. That’s when a third party (like us) steps in for a 100% inspection—independent and thorough. It can happen at their plant or somewhere else, but either way, the supplier’s footing the bill.
